As part of the growth plans and building a strong name and reputation, they are looking for Quality Assistant Manager.
The Quality Assistant Manager role will be in responsible to analyze customer complaint, coordinate the investigation of root cause with concerned PIC and make draft of answer. To review and establish Quality Agreement for Customer and to make yearly plan and coordinate the internal audit of ISO 9001, 15378, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- To review notification for customer in case any changes need to be informed
- To answer questions during customer/ external audit
- To prepare report for Management System Review Meeting
The Successful Applicant
The company is looking for potential candidate who has Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or Engineering from reputable University with minimum of 10 years experiences as Quality Assistant Manager in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry (preferable). Good knowledge of both verbal and written English language. Good knowledge on the procedure of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 15378, OHSAS 18001, Good knowledge in implementing of Good Manufacturing Product (GMP) and understand the production process.
