About Our Client
Our client is one of the biggest global company focusing in consumer goods and pharmaceutical. The company is well known for their innovation and their commitment in providing the best product to every family. They are currently looking for Head of Sales to strengthen their business in Indonesia
- To achieve company objective for OTC particularly in GT channel Indonesia
- To develop effective distribution based on company strategy
- To lead and manage the achievement of the sales out and merchandising objectives within the assigned region in line with agreed targets and brand/trade marketing programs
- To ensure people development implemented.
- To lead the Indonesia OTC & GT sales organization nationwide by : develop OTC & GT strategy by linking requirements of Key Accounts, Traditional Wholesalers, Retailers, modern trade, Distributors in his assigned region with Sales strategies/objectives, improve distributor organization capability to be capable to implement the annual plan achieving objectives on sales, distribution, merchandising, unsaleable, stock level, business building programs, organizational development and sales compliance strict implementation and control.
- To build trade relationship to provide a face for the OTC business Indonesia.
The Successful Applicant
- Min 10 years line marketing experience, supplemented by related experience in Pharmacy and Traditional Channel sales management
- Strong records in Pharmacy & GT management and sales experience
- Strong track record in leadership, working within cross-functional teams, influencing and communications skills
- Strong track record of delivering results and meeting and exceeding business goals
