- Your key deliverables are to create a significant and positive impact on the business
- Co-create with Sales Capability Global Team on projects
- You are constantly aligning your markets' Sales Capability initiatives with various stakeholders to ensure that we have best-in-class programs that are relevant to the market.
- Support Recruitment, Induction and Development of Trainers
- Build capability and motivate positive behaviors of Trainers within your market
- You actively drive the Trainers community creation and establish close communication of the Trainers across the globe
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of two to three years of training experience
- Has a passion for sales
- Having worked in the telecommunications sector is an advantage
- You are IT literate.
- You are proficient in the English language
- You are passionate, you are eager to learn and grow in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudes.
- You are aware and can work with others by valuing cultural differences and you flex your style accordingly
- You set goals, focus on priorities and objectives and translate them into action.
- You are a change agent and adopt the challenger mindset daring to be different.
- You have project management skills
- You use a variety of communication mediums; and have expertise in using social media and digital platforms for learning and engagement
