Customer Service is one of the key member in the Supply Chain Team which need to coordinate order fulfillment from end to end from production to delivery to the customer satisfaction. As the Customer Service Specialist , you will be reporting to the Regional Customer Service Lead.
- Process sales order and forecast received from customers through SAP system to initiate accurate production and meet customer requirement.
- Coordinate and follow through the entire order cycle from order to production, product release, shipment and final delivery to customer
- Manage future demand and drive forecast accuracy by working with Business Unit, involving the analysis of historical sales.
- Continuous improvements in forecast accuracy by comparing the orders and forecast against Rolling Estimates and previous monthly forecast
- Lead Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment, New Product Forecast , Complaints and Improvement initiatives with Commercial Team and Distributor.
- Lead Operations Review meetings with Distributor to review business performances and business outlook/forecast.
- Manage all customer complaints and facilitate root caused investigation to providing status update and follow up through on corrective action.
- Proactively identify product registration with local authorities to improvement and drive improvement
- Ensure completeness of shipment documentation and registration requirement for outbound shipments.
- Monitor progress of new product introduction and first customer shipment to ensure documentation and processes readiness for first customer shipment.
- Monitor the status and needs for logistics documentation, trigger Finance, 3PL or relevant departments for generation and renewal of Cost Statement or other documents.

Function need to support the GM in Branch operation activities. He will be head of supporting function in branch office such as Administration, Collection and Service. You will work with GM and Controller to make sure that branch operation will follow the company guideline. You will take responsibility for training staff and manager in Administration, Collection and Service department.
